Suspicious circumstances

We have today received a call from a member of the public living in Painswick stating that a male has attended his home trying to sell tea towels and similar items.  He has become verbally aggressive with the caller when he has stated that he didn't need anything.  The suspect is described as being in his 50's, unshaven with scruffy hair and wearing a black coat with a black backpack on his back.  Whilst no offences seem to have been committed, it has caused unease to the victim.
